SUU’s Center for Sustainability and the Southern Utah Recycling Coalition are hosting the America Recycles Day Giveaway.
When: This Tuesday, November 15th, 2011, 2:00-5:30 pm
Where: Cedar City Smith’s Grocery Store Parking Lot near the Recycling Binnies.
This will be an event filled with free food, prizes, music, education and entertainment for all ages! Come check out our ‘Binnies’ and learn about the Recycling options available to you in this area. Do you have old electronics? Bring your outdated computers, monitors and appliances to our event for an E-WASTE DRIVE (Sponsored by Virgin Valley Recycling). Play games and test your knowledge of recycling! All participants receive prizes. (Prizes include: Brian Head Ski Pass, Shakespeare Festival tickets, SUU re-fillable bottles, buttons, stickers, shirts, pens, pencils and much more). Come enjoy a warm cup of Coco, have a hot dog & meet amazing people involved in your area. This day is sure to be rewarding and full of recycling opportunities to explore!
